This is a really interesting design. I like the combination of card decks and dice.
I would suggest working on the dice a little more, The far right one looks a little off to me. It doesn't seem completely square. Also be careful of the white highlights. To me it seems like you have too many on the club.
I do like the color choice for the rays behind it. Purple and blue are just two colors I can always enjoy together. But don't ever be afraid to use contrasting colors. They can sometimes make the foreground objects pop more.
Overall I think this is a good piece, but it could use a little work.
